Aspassia Tagliente BVBA, a private limited liability company established under the laws of Belgium, having its registered office at Eversestraat 34, 1932 Zaventem, Belgium and registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0720.861.339 (“Aspassia Tagliente”) undertakes to protect and respect the privacy of its customers and prospects (“Data Subjects”).

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is intended to clarify how Aspassia Tagliente processes the personal data of its customers, prospects, or which the Data Subject provides to Aspassia Tagliente (for example by visiting the website (the “Website”).

Lithos Digital provider based in Europe is responsible for the hosting services and the presentation of the Website (the “Provider”). The software of the Provider enables Aspassia Tagliente to overview and process all orders. It is the recipient of the Data Subject’s personal data and therefore acts on Aspassia Tagliente’s behalf.

When creating a personal account on the Website, the following personal data is being processed:

  • e-mail address,

Moreover, Aspassia Tagliente compiles customized product information based on Data Subject’s information, such as its wish list, previous purchases and orders, and also based on cookies used by the Website.

All personal data is collected and stored by the Provider on behalf of Aspassia Tagliente.

All personal data are being stored in the system of the Provider for no longer than necessary to provide the service or for the purposes described above. The personal data collected on the basis of the Data Subject’s consent, will be kept by the Provider for as long as the consent remains valid.

The information sent via the contact form or as part of questions or complaints will be kept for as long as it is necessary to be able to fully answer and process the form or the content of your e-mail.
